I’m so excited to tell you about an eight-week journey that I started yesterday! It’s called “Feel Great in 8” and after just one day, I’M FEELING GREAT! It’s about becoming your healthiest self–physically, mentally and spiritually!

So how did I get involved in this challenge? A few weeks ago, our family had a picnic with my extended family. I noticed one of my brother-in-laws just looked different. He was noticeably thinner but more than that, he looked a lot happier. I also noticed a glow to one of my nieces who had just had a baby. (Plus she and Gary were being a little more careful on what they were eating.) I asked her what was up and she said she and my brother-in-law (her father-in-law) were in the middle of the “Feel Great in 8” challenge and it had really changed them mentally, physically, and spiritually. Intrigued, I went home and read up on this challenge. And–I realized I wanted to do this myself! I also got my daughter and a dear friend to join with me and the adventure began yesterday.
First of all, Feel Great in 8 was developed by a “real person.” Yep–a regular mom, Tiffany, just like me and you. I don’t know Tiffany but totally believe in her program already! In a nutshell, you get points each day for eating vegetables, fruits, protein, fiber, taking supplements, staying within your caloric range, not eating unhealthy food, exercising, writing in your journal, meditating, reading, getting enough sleep, family time, service and other bonuses.
