A few days ago, my hubby asked me to join him for an impromptu week-long camping trip. I asked him where and he said “Let’s just get in the truck, hook up the RV and drive!” So far we’ve been adventuring around Montana, Canada and Idaho… we’re truly just going where the wind blows us!
Though I’m on vacation (more on that another day!) I wanted to share a few “small and simple things” from the traveling I’ve been doing over the last few months. Here are a few things I noticed on-the-go that made me happy!
I passed this drinking fountain at the Salt Lake City Airport a few weeks ago and loved that it has a bottle refilling station! So convenient AND eco-friendly! I love these things. They even have “counters” at the top displaying how much water the filling station has saved over time. Thanks, Salt Lake City Airport!
Something about this group of geese stopping traffic as they crossed the road made me so happy. (Did you know that a group of geese is technically called a “gaggle” of geese? That makes me extra happy.)
I spotted this bright blue barn on a busy Minneapolis freeway and just totally fell in love. My friend snapped the shot as we were driving, so it’s a little blurry but still so quaint.
